आपण सामाजिक कार्यात सहभाग नोंदवतो किंवा ते कार्य करायचा प्रयत्न करतो, तेंव्हा संघटना अत्यंत महत्वाची भूमिका बजावते, जगातल्या कोणत्याही समाजात संघटना ही अनन्य साधारण कार्य करण्यासाठी निर्माण होते, केली जाते. अश्याच एका संघटनेची गोष्ट या चित्रपटात आहे. पाच बहुजन मित्र एकत्र येऊन एक बहुजन संघटना उभी करतात ती बऱ्यापैकी यशस्वी होते पण पुढे त्याच काय होत किंवा इतर बलाढ्य घटकांकडून काय केल्या जात हि या चित्रपटाची गोष्ट आहे. हा चित्रपट समाजात येऊन गेलेल्या किंवा आलेल्या सगळ्याच बहुजन संघटनांच कमी अधिक प्रमाणातलं चित्रण आहे .

A human, being a social creature, organizes himself into groups, forming a society. However, in today's deteriorating or unstable social conditions, a sense of fear has developed in the minds of those trying to live as decent human beings. This fear or confusion has been deliberately created by certain groups or factions. Through this film, we aim to address and eliminate this confusion.

When we participate in social work or attempt to bring about change, organizations play a crucial role. In any society, organizations are formed to carry out significant and impactful work. This film tells the story of one such organization.

Five Bahujan friends come together to establish a Bahujan organization, which gains considerable success. However, what happens next? How do powerful elements react to it? That is the essence of this film’s story. This film portrays, to some extent, the journey of all Bahujan organizations that have emerged in society over time.
